A still harbor is the point.
We named the company after what we are actually selling: a pool you do not have to think about. Calm water, ready when you are, looked after by someone who knows it.
The company is new — 2026 new. The person doing the work is not. I have been servicing pools since 2007, and I am building this customer list carefully rather than quickly, because the kind of service I want to give does not survive being spread too thin.

Who you are hiring
Nineteen years of pools. Most of them in Indiana.
I am Robert Collins, and I have been working on pools since 2007 — most of that in Indiana, where the season is short, winter is hard on equipment, and you learn to diagnose quickly because you only get a few months to get it right.
Florida is a different animal, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Pools here never close. The sun burns off chlorine at a rate that would shock anyone who learned this trade up north, salt air works on equipment year-round, and algae gets a vote in January. Learning what water on this coast actually does has been its own education.
What carried over is the part that matters. Chemistry is chemistry. Hydraulics are hydraulics. A pump on its way out sounds the same in either state, and a filter nobody has opened in two years looks the same too. nineteen years of that is why I am comfortable telling you a repair can wait — I have seen enough of them to know which ones can.
How we work
Four commitments we will not trade away.
- One technician per pool. Pools have quirks — a skimmer that sticks, a corner that always goes first. That knowledge only compounds if the same person keeps coming back.
- Written notes, every single visit. What the water read, what we added, what we saw. It goes to your account the same day, and it is the record we work from too.
- Repairs quoted after diagnosis. Never before. If a part has life left in it, we will tell you, even when replacing it would pay us better.
- A schedule we can actually keep. We would rather turn down a property than add it to a route that is already full and start cutting visits short.
Routes built around where we actually are
We would rather publish an honest coverage list than a map that implies we can be everywhere. The areas below are the ones we are genuinely in every week, and the edges are marked as edges.

We are not going to publish a line nobody answers. Right now every message comes to us directly by email and we reply within a business day — usually a lot sooner. When we can staff a phone properly, it will go up here.

Your account, not our filing cabinet
Scheduling, service history, water chemistry, and billing run on RUSS, and you get the customer-facing side of it. The same data we dispatch from is the data you can see.
