The backbone of what we do. One technician, the same day each week, working through the same checklist every time so nothing drifts. You get a note after each visit telling you what the water looked like and what we did about it.

What’s included

  • Skim the surface and empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Brush walls, steps, and the waterline tile
  • Vacuum the floor as needed
  • Full water test: chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness, stabilizer
  • Add chemicals to bring the water back into range
  • Check pump, filter pressure, and water level
  • Visit note sent the same day
